Hear my photovoice

I had an honor to participate in the workshop Hear My Photovoice in Romania, village Corbi as a representative of Latvia in 2012. The workshop was supported by Lifelong Learning Program and was held by the association Epsilon III. The idea of the program was to make photoresearch-based conclusions regarding the socio-economic development of the region. The participants from different countries made an input as photographers in the course of an intense work on assignments. The results of work have been presented to the general public in a form of photo exhibition. The catalogue with select works of participants was made too. Here I would like to share the documentation of the workshop, my works, and the catalogue.

The work was ogranised in groups, some assignments were made individually. Here are some of my works made in Corbi, Romania in 2012.

We had a great closing party on the verandah. Everybody could create a paper hat and write farewell letters to others. (I still keep them).

I like blurred images very much. These are a part of my phtostyle sometimes. Photo by Anna Gabo
